Meet Margaret Evans

Coach and Leadership Consultant
I believe meaningful growth often begins at a point of transition—a moment when we pause, reflect, and recognize that something needs to change. Whether that realization comes within our organization or within ourselves, it creates an opportunity to grow, evolve, and become a better version of who we are.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders, professionals, and organizations navigating change—new leadership, organizational transformation, evolving teams, career transitions, and the challenges that come with growth.
Today, through Margaret Evans Consulting, I bring that experience to my work as a coach and leadership consultant, helping people and organizations move through change with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
As a coach, I guide clients through moments when something is shifting—whether they are stepping into a new leadership role, navigating a career transition, facing organizational change, or simply recognizing that what worked before may no longer be enough.
My coaching is grounded in the belief that people are capable of more than they often recognize. My role is to create the space, perspective, challenge, and support that helps clients see possibilities, make intentional choices, and take meaningful action.
As a consultant, I partner with organizations and leaders to strengthen leadership, develop people, build effective teams, and create healthier, more capable workplaces.
My background includes decades of experience in both the corporate and public sectors, excelling in executive leadership, human resources, workforce development, organizational development, leadership development, training, and mentoring. I bring both strategic perspective and practical experience to the work—because sustainable change requires more than good ideas. It requires people who are ready and equipped to make change happen.
I partner with individuals and organizations navigating change, growth, and transformation. Whether you are a leader looking for a thought partner, an organization investing in its leaders and teams, or a professional standing at a crossroads, I’d welcome the conversation.
